Case Solved. Body of Avatar and Battle Roar

Body of Avatar (later called BoA) and Battle Roar (BR) have two effects

HealPercent - which restores 35% hp

Buff - which increases max hp by 35%

It would seem they are merged into one effect here. And since Improved condition is better buff (since it gives 35% hp and mp) BoA and BR effects can't go past it, therefore heal effect from these skills is not possible as long as we have improved condition. With just the bless the body buff both BoA and BR work fine.

But the question is still .... should it heal anyway ?

I've heard that on retail Buff and HealPercent are in one effect so it would seem TG version is retail like. However, splitting these effects wouldn't do much harm because I can just tell everyone in my party to take bless the body and BoA would work.
